Today, October 31, around 2:30 pm, the Limerick Fire Dept assisted in the honor of escorting a Plymouth Police Officer home to his residence in Limerick Township after being released from the hospital, having been injured last week on duty. Rescue 51, Squad 51, Engine 51, and Chief 51 participated in the procession. Limerick joined the procession as soon as the motorcade exited 422 westbound at N Lewis Road. Then, they followed until the procession reached the officer's residence. Welcome home and best wishes for a full recovery!
