At 2:51 pm, the department was dispatched for a vehicle accident with injuries on Ridge Pike. Rescue 51, Deputy 51, Fire Police, EMS units, and Limerick Police responded. Crews arrived and found three vehicles in the parking lot of the Sunshine Cafe. Crews secured the vehicles, cleaned debris from the road, and assisted with patient care before being made available a short time later.
