Ladder 51 was called to assist Boyertown Area Fire & Rescue with a commercial building fire in the 200 block of East Philadelphia Avenue. Chief 95 arrived to find smoke and fire consuming most of the third floor of a 3 story commercial apartment building. Crews assisted with ventilation and accessing soffit while checking for hot spot and extension.
