On Sunday, October 29 members of the Limerick Fire Department, Limerick Police Department, and Royersford Fire Department attended a first responder service held at the Trinity Lighthouse Church in Limerick. A meet and greet was held before the service with the crews visiting with the church members and showing them the apparatus and equipment. Pastor Wayne Houck gave a sermon titled "The Strength Which God Supplies" based on the Biblical passage 1 Peter 4:8-11. A special prayer was also offered up for all first responders and their families. The department appreciated the invite and hospitality and looks forward to returning in the future!
