The Limerick Fire Department was dispatched at 2:15 pm to stand by at Berks County Station 95 as they operated at a 3-alarm fire on West Philadelphia Avenue, Earl Township. While Ladder 51 was en route, they were advised to respond directly to the scene. Upon arrival at the scene, Limerick Firefighters were assigned overhaul tasks. Ladder 51 was back in station around 5 pm.
