At 6:37 pm, Limerick Fire Department was dispatched for a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of 10th Avenue and Royersford Rd. Rescue 51, Squad 51, Deputy Chief 51, and Fire Police 51 responded. Fire Police closed the N Lewis/ Royersford Rd intersection and blocked a lane on 10th Avenue. Crews waited for the tow truck to arrive and remove the vehicles from the scene before clearing debris and spreading fluid absorbent on the road. All were made available about 45 minutes later.
