To help people in his community, Scout Ryan Ciano of Troop 230 in Limerick, decided to build flag retirement boxes as his Eagle Scout Project. He recently presented the boxes to the Limerick Fire Department. Residents can now drop off their flags in the boxes at the Limerick and Linfield stations, and Scouts will later pick them up and retire them. The flag retirement boxes are located right inside the lobby at both stations.
