Day 2 brought more fun and excitement for the cadets. During today's sessions the cadets learned about carrying, raising and lowering ground ladders. They also received instructions on aerial truck set-up and operations with Tower 51, Ladder 51 and Ladder 77. The cadets also learned about water supply using fire hydrant and tanker operations with Engine 51, Tanker 66 and a port-a-pond set up. Cadets also learned about flash flood awareness on roadways and how water rescue personnel respond to trapped vehicles. Remember "Turn Around, Don’t Drown"
