The Limerick Fire Department was dispatched for a building explosion. Rescue 51 was initially dispatched followed by Ladder 51 and Air 51. The Rescue crew was assigned to RIT. Crews also assisted with fire suppression and command. At one point crews cared for a couple of dogs rescued by the Montgomery Co. USAR Team, until animal control arrived.
