| Even when vacations were in full swing in August, that didn't stop the fire calls from coming! The Limerick Fire Department had a busy month, and with members being in and out, we thought it best to do an August wrap-up article since we couldn't keep up! Fire crews responded to a variety of calls in August; the top three call types for the month were:
15 Fire Alarms 12 Vehicle Accidents (which include one vehicle rescue and two motorcycle crashes) 8 Building Fire Dispatches
The most unusual call of the month was responding to a train crash in Royersford. On top of all the fire calls, crews still managed to get four Monday night trainings in! |
