Department was dispatched to a vehicle rescue on the Eastbound side of Route 422 at the Limerick Center Rd overpass with reports of people trapped in a car that ran out of gas and was clipped by a Penske moving truck. Thankfully for the guide wires that were installed several years ago to prevent cross over head on accidents, this kept the truck in the medium from going into oncoming traffic.
