The Montgomery County Foam Task Force was dispatched to Upper Merion for an above ground storage tank fire. Engine 51, Utility 51 and the Foam Trailer stood by at the scene while Deputy 51 assisted with foam operations for the incident command. The fire was put under control prior to putting the foam trailer into operations.
