Members of the Limerick Fire Department are participating in a health study performed by Ursinus College's HEART Lab, under the direction of Dr. Deborah Feairheller. The study is to examine the benefits of combining exercise and diet to improve blood vessel health and reduce blood pressure. Tonight's purpose was to collect baseline fitness information on the members that are participating in the study.
