Township Fire Companies Drill on Rope Rescue Systems

At Monday evening's training session the Township fire companies trained on various set-ups and situations involving rope rescue with hauling and belay lines. The members first reviewed packaging a patient in the stokes basket and setting up the hauling and belay lines off Tower 54. Members then reviewed setting up the haul and belay lines using MPD's and making 3 to 1 and 5 to 1 hauling lines.
