Vehicle Down Embankment on 422

On August 11, the department was dispatched to a vehicle accident on Rt 422 WB where a car was reported to have rolled down an embankment and into brush. Upon arrival, Chief 51 found the car about 90 feet off the road. The vehicle was secured by personnel, and fire police closed one lane on 422 WB for the duration of the incident. One individual was taken to the hospital, and the crash is under investigation by the PA State Police.
