| At 4:50 am on July 2, the department was dispatched to a shed fire in the area of East Cherry Ln and Linfield Trappe Rd Originally, the caller who saw the fire could not confirm the address, but the first in officers were able to quickly locate the fire on S Limerick Rd. A 15-by-40-foot shed was fully involved, the fire did not extend to the house, although some of the home's siding melted from the heat. Crews quickly extinguished the blaze, preventing it from spreading to the nearby exposures. The fire remains under investigation by the Limerick Township Fire Marshal's Office. |
