At 12:23 pm, multiple companies were dispatched to a reported house fire on Masters Dr. in Limerick Township. Limerick, Sanatoga, New Hanover, Royersford, and Pottstown were on the initial dispatch and response. It was reported that a cardboard box had caught on fire in the basement of the residence. The fire was extinguished before crews arrived. All units were recalled and the assignment was held to Ladder 51, Engine 51, and Battalion 51. Limerick crews checked for extensions before being made available a short time later.
