Our firefighters spent the day at Chester County's burn building with Rocky Run Fire Company and Edgemont Fire Company. They trained in the fundamentals of Fire attack, search and rescue, ventilation, ladder placement and RIT team training. They trained in a live fire environment with realistic conditions requiring the use of SCBA’s and fire suppression to achieve their objectives. Special Service was on hand to refill air cylinders to allow for multiple training scenarios.
