Around 7:20pm Saturday evening the Limerick Fire Department was dispatched for a vehicle rescue, with Perkiomen Township Fire Company (Station 66) on North Township Line Road. While crews were still responding to the station, the Department was notified of a second vehicle accident on Route 422. Rescue 51 responded to the vehicle rescue call, while Squad 51 and Engine 51 responded to the Route 422 incident. Just as crews were clearing the rescue incident, they were dispatched for a third call, an accident with injuries on South Township Line Road at the Route 422 on ramp. Rescue 51, Squad 51 and Fire Police responded. Crews cleared debris, controlled fluids and directed traffic around the scene.
