The LFD crew initially visited the Lakeview Shopping Center to train on drafting. The hydrant they intended to use was out of service, causing Engine 51, Squad 51, and Traffic 51 to go to Philadelphia Premium Outlets to work on drafting skills while Ladder 51 crew members did commercial preplanning on Lakeview shopping center's roof.
