Firefighters were busy on Mother's Day, responding to 6 calls throughout the day. The second call of the day was a report of a building fire. Tower 51, Rescue51, Engine 51 and Ladder 51 all responded. Upon arrival they discovered smoke in the residence and proceeded with ventilation and checked the remainder of the residence.
