Limerick Fire Department was dispatched for a vehicle accident with injuries around 9:45 a.m. near the intersection of North Township Line Road and Graterford Road. Deputy 51 arrived on location with one vehicle on its side and advised county to upgrade the incident to a rescue. Deputy 51 requested an additional ambulance on the call and also fire police to close North Township Line Road between Graterford Road and Ridge Pike. Squad 51 and Rescue 51 arrived on location and began stabilization of the vehicle. Upper Providence Township Fire and Emergency Services (Engine 68) was dispatched to assist. The occupant of the vehicle then self-extricated themselves out the rear window. Personnel then began clearing debris and controlling fluids on the roadway.
