Yesterday Troup 10 PA Boy Scout Tommy Miller presented the LFD his scout project this year. He chose to make ice picks and ice staffs for our water rescue team. Tommy was accompanied by Scout Master Bryce Striffler and Assistant Scout Master / Eagle Scout Mentor Curtis Melville JR.
